Michelle’s philosophy is simple yet powerful: through awareness, conscious breath, and slow, intentional movement, the body can experience less pain and greater freedom of movement. She takes a holistic approach to each individual, working directly with the Central Nervous System to identify and address the root causes of discomfort or imbalance.

By carefully assessing not only symptoms but also underlying biomechanical patterns, she uncovers and addresses deeper issues with a scientific curiosity and a compassionate touch.
